WCOIL began its operations in 1995 as a residential Internet provider in the basement of the owners, Mike and Barb O'Connor.  As the Internet began to take off in the world, WCOIL expanded its operations to fit the needs of businesses and organizations as well. 

Our award winning service has earned us recognition being voted Entrepreneur of the Year by the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce and then subsequently Small Business of the Year.  WCOIL has adjusted to the ever changing technology world by expanding to provide IT for other businesses, as well as Digital Phone and Security Systems.
